We reserved an executive suite corner room online with Expedia, and paid upfront. When we got to the hotel they said they didn't have any rooms available and placed us in a traditional king room. They said we had to work out the problem with Expedia. In other words, no reimbursement on the hotels end. A large dental convention was going on to to busy to be served in their bar. Overall not a pleasant experience when you spend $520.00/night for a room. We stayed on the 33rd floor, and was asked to come to guest services to re-code our keys 3 times. I had asked for a bottle of water and was told the fee was $4.00/bottle or $10.00/if delivered to the room. I thought surely they could comp us a water since we had to continue to "come to the front desk" due to their mistakes. This weekend away was quite frustrating due to the Sheraton Hotel.
