'If we come back to KC again, we will be staying at the AC Hotel by Marriott. I have not one complaint about the place. Beautiful hotel, the friendliest of staff and a fabulous room that was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. '

'Hospitality was awful. Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. Wasn’t compensated for stay even after the issues at 11:45pm and was told to FOLLOW the front desk lady to the room we...
