« I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. »

« We loved this apartment. The unit is beautiful and stylish and very quiet. The bathroom especially is full of luxurious high end touches (like double shower heads and heated floors). The porch features gorgeous flowers and lovely resident hummingbirds. « My two teenagers and I enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cottage in Berkeley. We appreciated the well-appointed home, with all the amenities we needed - washer dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc. The host even provided cloth bags for our grocery shopping! We were not able to access the property at midnight, having just arrived in Oakland. After repeated attempts to contact the property manager all day for a door code, I finally called VRBO. « Stayed for two and a half weeks while recovering from a surgery and couldn't be happier with my decision. Clean, safe, and all amenities are as advertised. My only note is that temperature control was a bit of a hassle in the bedroom I stayed in—however, once I became familiar with both the space heater and the portable air conditioner and learned how/when to use them, it wasn't a problem. The lack of a living room might also be a dealbreaker for some but it wasn't a problem for us. Would highly...
