'Check in is at 3. We were notified upon arrival that the room was not ready and it would be 3-4 hours. We arrived 3 hours later, still not ready. We did not get into a room until 10:15pm. Keys didn't work. They had to let us in with a master and said they would bring the new keys up. Didn't happen. Next morning, without keys, we went back down to the front desk and still no keys. We didn't not receive keys until after 10:30am the morning after check-in. We were booked to stay for 3 nights. We...

'We had to leave very early but the breakfast area looked good. This motel has no elevator! Could be a major problem for some folks. Only 2 floors but if you are on floor 2, it’s stairs all the way. Ice maker not working on floor 2. Would be considerate to notify guests before they get upstairs then have to return for ice. Very difficult to communicate with desk clerk who has heavy accent. No Wi-Fi? Not sure never found the password.'
