This review is not reflective of the staff or the check-in process, as those aspects were great. But the room, stay, and policies were pretty bad. This is more like a 1.5 star review. For the Presidential Suite I booked, ESPECIALLY for the price, I was less than happy. The room I stayed in (425) was clean, which is expected. But the grout in the shower was falling apart, the toilet wobbled when you sat on it because it wasn't securely attached to the floor, the hot water in both the sink AND the shower took AT LEAST 5 minutes to even get warm (I timed it), and in addition to having to pay for a subpar breakfast in the first place, I waited for 20 minutes for the kitchen staff to refill the eggs. Most of the breakfast food and juices ran out very quickly for their buffet and staff was extremely slow to refill them. When they did, they were refilling in small amounts, which made no sense. The stay I booked was over the course of 3 days for a special occasion and it was less than special. I would expect the disappointment from anywhere else than a Hilton Presidential Suite, but the fact that this was at a Hilton made it even worse. I might stay at the hotel again if absolutely needed, but definitely not for the prices and the experience.
