'Location is great'

'Great host and great place to stay.'

'As expected, everything was great! From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home and we were able to relaxation and enjoy our time in Manhattan. We are already looking forward to our next stay in the spring! '

'Everything about our stay was convenient and easy. Great location and host!'

'This home is beautiful, clean, and has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a family. It is pet friendly, but you will want to use a leash as the yard is open to neighbors to create a sort of greenbelt area. As always, when traveling with your pet bring everything you need to pick up after your pet in the yard. We enjoyed our stay here! Loved the K-State spirited decor!'

'Very nice property, very clean and the owner was very responsive to comments. Beds were comfortable for sleeping. It was not clear to me in the property description that all sleeping areas were either up or down stairs. While the property can easily sleep 5 or more people, the living area is a little small for a group of 5 or more. Overall, and excellent location and an excellent host.'

'Great place'

'I can’t say enough nice things about this property. The accommodations looked better in person then the photos. It was an ideal layout for a large group but also provided enough space for people to be alone. The host was so kind and checked in even though I missed the message. Thanks again for making our trip better then we could have imagined. Staying in a hotel with large parties takes away from the ability to easily create memories.'

'Had a great time here! Nice outdoor space to hang out. Plenty of space and amenities! Would stay here again!'

'Great house! Very clean. Great communication with host. '
