The property is located in the Porta Romana neighborhood, just a short walk from the M3 metro stop, in an area with plenty of amenities and excellent connections to the city center. Attractions such as the Prada Foundation and the wonderful Carcano Theater are just a few minutes away.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, dresser, closet, and desk;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
