Welcome to our two-room apartment, located on the fourth floor of a renowned historic building in Milan, accessible by elevator or stairs. The apartment is easily accessible from both airports (via shuttle buses and regular buses) and from the Central Station, which is just a 5-minute walk away. If you have a car, you’ll find a large paid parking lot just 2 minutes away.
What strikes you as soon as you enter the building is its historic charm, typical of Milan’s “ringhiera” buildings. In fact, to reach the fourth floor, you can take the elevator or take a trip back in time via the staircases characteristic of this architectural style.

THE SPACE

You can access the apartment via self-check-in, or—depending on your needs—we’ll be happy to welcome you in person.

The apartment, functionally furnished to accommodate travelers from around the world, is very bright thanks to two small balconies from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city while soaking up Milan’s energy. Although it’s located right in the city center, you can enjoy peace and relaxation without being disturbed by outside noise, thanks to the soundproof windows. It also features air conditioning (heating and cooling).




LIVING ROOM The cozy living area features a comfortable sofa bed, where you can enjoy watching a movie or your favorite TV series directly on the Smart TV, which offers all entertainment services (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Spotify, etc.). The spacious area also features a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, and sink) and a table where you can enjoy your meals.




BEDROOM For a restful night’s sleep after a long day of shopping, sightseeing, or work, you’ll find a cozy bedroom complete with a double bed and a desk, which you can use as a workspace while enjoying excellent internet connectivity.




BATHROOM Inside, you’ll find a toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, and washer-dryer, as well as a fully equipped shower and our Welcome Kit.
