« $125.00 extra charge when arriving. Almost all the remotes needed batteries. Furniture was all shoved up against walls, everything needed to be set back up. Kayaks were under house buried under a massive amount of junk and covered with sand and debris. A/C worked on and off. A/c window unit drain poured water on steps down to sea wall making them very slippery all the time. May have been a very nice place years ago but really shows its age and poor maintenance. « All administrative communications with the host went well. No problems The bathroom and shower at the RV park were nice and clean. I felt the inside of the camper could have been clearer, some lights not working. Missing window shades and no dining table. »

« L'hôte est accueillante et a été très flexible pour notre heure d'arrivée. La cabine contient tout ce dont on a besoin et le lit était vraiment très confortable. Près de plusieurs attraits des Keys (30 min de Key West; tour en kayak à 5 minutes etc.). « This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything...

« By the description of the property I was was hoping for an amazing experience. The house exterior looked like it was in need of clean up. It just looked like the construction crew left and no one did detail cleaning Our room was on the upper level. It was called the Star room. Apparently there was a methane gas leak somewhere, as our room, the entire stay smelled like an unflushed toilet. It was a lingering odor. We had fans in the room, which helped. The house has this lovely weather vane on...
