« Cozy, well designed, very clean, hot tub was great! Nice accommodations. Only critique would be a mattress topper because the bed was a bit hard.. simple adjustment! Overall excellent place and fast communication and well worth it! »

« The loft is spacious and has an historical ambiance. We appreciated the gated, free parking. The entrance process into the building is not convenient. The area the building is located in, though only five minutes to downtown, is in a very rundown area. The tenants or guests located above us were noisy and argumentative with one another which was disturbing. Though we were able to climb the stairs up and down to the apartment, some renters might find it difficult to do so. »

« Apartment unit was very nice, shower was cold but in buildings like that it's hard to keep the shower water warm. The sunrise view was beautiful, the walk on Detroit River boardwalk was awesome, neighborhood nice. Due to construction it was harder to get to the parking lot but we found a way. The back parking lot seemed sketchy so I am glad we got a spot in the front parking lot. My son (age 13) loved the loft room. »
