Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. If this is the case, why is Expedia allowing a non-responsive property to be advertised on their platform and why is Expedia not doing right by its customer? We were charged a security deposit, told we had to pay extra for parking, and then hit with an additional $100 “house rule violation” because there was one unregistered guest. 'My first time staying and I was blown away! The hotel interior is beautiful as are the rooms but the amenities are amazing! Coffee shop ,restaurant and bar. Beautiful green space and bikes and scooters to accommodate getting around. The area is very interesting and walkable. Can’t wait to come back!'

I politely declined assistance at least five separate times. First, I was asked if I needed help with my luggage—I said, “No, thank you.” Then I was asked if I needed a luggage cart, and again I declined. 'The front desk staff was not really courteous after we arrived on July 8th night around 10:30 PM. However the staff that worked from morning until 11PM on July 9th was good. The housekeeping was terrible.Hope this will be looked into by you. They did not clean the room on July 9th at all. There was no do not disturb note. Overall it the stay was just okay, not great at all!'

'I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and my breakfast at the Guildhouse was delicious. The renovated gym was also a very nice addition, my only criticism is parking, finding a long-term spot nearby wasn’t easy or cheap'
