Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. We were charged a security deposit, told we had to pay extra for parking, and then hit with an additional $100 “house rule violation” because there was one unregistered guest. I gently tried to extend the window blind and it popped out of its bracket and when pulling the chain for the closet light it crumbled off. After looking closely at the ball chain, it was rusty and fragile. The furniture was older and not sturdy.
