Expedia customer service is saying they are not receiving a response after several attempts to reach Jungle House. 'My first time staying and I was blown away! The hotel interior is beautiful as are the rooms but the amenities are amazing! Coffee shop ,restaurant and bar. Beautiful green space and bikes and scooters to accommodate getting around. The area is very interesting and walkable. Can’t wait to come back!'

'I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and my breakfast at the Guildhouse was delicious. The renovated gym was also a very nice addition, my only criticism is parking, finding a long-term spot nearby wasn’t easy or cheap'

I gently tried to extend the window blind and it popped out of its bracket and when pulling the chain for the closet light it crumbled off. After looking closely at the ball chain, it was rusty and fragile. The furniture was older and not sturdy.
