We arrived at the hotel at 3pm for a 3pm check in. We were told the room was not available due to a guest extending their stay. They requested our phone number and said they will call when the room was ready. First, why would the hotel extend a stay for a guest on a room that is booked? Second, we would have appreciated a phone call from the hotel explaining the situation. We had to push our dinner reservations with our friends to accommodate the hotel's lack of communication. No one at the front desk would take responsibility. Spineless reaction.
Also, our vehicle was damaged by the Valet team. I received the vehicle back with the front spoiler hanging on the drivers side. It looks like someone hit a curb or a parking curb stop. After talking to the Lincoln Dealer, it will be 3 weeks before they can get the vehicle in for repairs. Can't wait to find out what this will cost!!!
