'I like your hotel because of the view of the water, very friendly staff. But the cleanliness needs better attention. The bathroom needs scrubbing the area where the toilet paper holds has dust on top that can easily wipe off. Have your cleaning crew do a better job for sure. Also, I never experienced this before since I come to this motel every summer the toilet paper roll get wet, so the room needs a machine to stop humidity and moisture in the room. 'The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!'
