Vind je ideale hotel in Mare Island

'Hotel is voldoende. Op loopafstand van Bart en de bedden zijn echt prima. Badkamer ook trouwens. Wat er aan mankeert, als wel vaker in Amerika, is een fatsoenlijk ontbijt. Alleen maar jam en gekookte eieren als beleg, wit en bruin brood, toetjes, kant en klare wafels en cornflakes. Echt minimaal dus.'

'We don't usually stay at nicer hotels and when we do we're treated like they can smell the lower middle class on us. Not here, everyone was very nice and service was exceptional. Emerson at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. '

'Stay in oct-nov 2023. Hotel room is nice, new and modern. Kitchen fully equiped with induction. Cleaning service was not so well, they didn't do well vacuum cleaning on the floor. Laundry system: couldn't use the laundry because it needed an american creditcard to pay through app only. No other option. As a hotel you know, you receive international guest, so this is really bad. I was referred to a laundry store on a 10 min drive away! The management would call me the next day to discuss this...

'Het hotel ziet er beter uit op de foto's dan in het echt. Het hotel werd verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf waardoor we voor het ontbijt naar het naastgelegen hotel moesten lopen. Het zwembad was vrij klein en werd in de loop van de week steeds viezer. De schoonmaak in het hotel was wisselend en viel wat tegen. De ligging van het hotel is prima om zowel San Francisco en Napa te bezoeken maar de directe omgeving is vrij saai.'

'Great central location. Our room was clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Like the pump shampoo instead of the little bottles. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was excellent. Staff is very nice. Third party valet parking service was very good. We considered the expense as part of the room expense and feel it was an overall good value. We have paid as much in Oakland without a parking fee. '

'I liked the location a lot, all though i made a mistake thinking a booked breakfast which they do not have ( my bad) there were good options a few minutes away to turn too. The fridge and airco were a bit noisy but once they stopped area is really quiet!! Easy access nice personal!!'

'The checkin made me doubt stay since it was dirty, there was lack of communication and manners and I did not feel welcome at all. The room was medium clean, with some hairs and a lot of stains on the bed. The neighborhood did not seem safe. Also the room lock is with a number lock. Which changed every day and had to be reset?? Worst stay of our 2 week trip.'
