'This apartment is conveniently located between the Plaza de Espana/Palace Real area and the museum district. There are good restaurants all around. The location could not be better. Calle Fuencarral is a fun pedestrian street, and the apartment is light with character. The only drawback is the low ceiling in the bedroom. If you are short and agile, it isn’t much of a problem.'

'Lovely central property on a shopping street close to the Gran Via. Even though the property was on a main street once the windows and shutters were closed there was very little noise.The public areas of the property are beautiful and the courtyard is exquisite. We would recommend this property. Clean, modern amentities and air conditioning. The bed has been changed from the photos and is a higher ottoman bed. '
