Lodges in Maine

'The 3k deposit i am still waiting back on but other then that great. 3k is to much for a deposit. That will scare people away '

'Beautiful and very accessible to Acadia national park.'

'The condo was older and falling apart. Light fixtures were coming off the wall. The air fresheners had an unpleasant smell. Game room had little heat and all the arcade games were off. The dogs were welcomed. They did charge 25 for each dog and it needed to be cash, which i did not know. They did accommodate for us by charging my card. Overall... a roof over the head... the folks were kind. I would have found a place closer to the mountain and better quality stay.'

'We had a great stay at Jess's place and though we did run into a few issues with hot water and the pool needing to be clean, Jess was immediately on it and had someone come by the house quickly. The house had ample beds, seating, and activities for our multi-generational group, though a heads up that some of the bedrooms were quite small so while okay for kids, a few adults sharing a bunk room is tight.'

'The Inn was fantastic. The ambiance was romantic and when we stayed lots of people were there for vacation week and we met some great people. It had a ski lodge vibe where you could hang out by the fire in the great room, the game room or get snacks from the front lobby. The staff were so amazing and helpful. We brought our dog and he was made to feel right at home too! Our room was perfect with the kitchenette we cooked in and even the murphy bed was comfortable! They served cake in the great...

'Compared to many other places we've stayed in Jackman, ME, this is one of our best stays! The cabin was spacious, clean, kept up and overall held up to its expectations. What they marketed was exactly what they offered. The check in process was uncertain as we were supposed to show up to an already open cabin without having to contact anyone prior. There is a check in process they want you to do online instead, once you arrive. When I tried doing this, I kept getting error messages saying my...

'Everything was as expected! Kevin, the owner came by to visit in his boat one day and was very responsive. The entire property was fantastic. A note for those coming to stay – There are no real close grocery stores. When you drive into the property, even if it’s 30 miles away, you might want to stop and get your provisions.'

'This is such a cute spot! We got this for a fantastic price as well, and having it be just a 15-minute walk from the beach was perfect. Also the host let us park there before check-in time which was so amazing! The room was clean, well decorated, and smelled very nice! The only gripe is that all the lights are hospital white/blue which is unfortunate because that really dampened the cozy vibe the decor had going. But if they replaced the lights with warmer tones I think it would be perfect!'

'We rented the whole place and had a magical week. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating and made everything easy. The place is beautiful, definitely rustic, but that's fine. The water and boats worked perfectly. We camped on islands and had adventures every day. The Kitchen is big and functional. We were a very large group and needed a bit more refrigeration, but I know the hosts are working on that. The caretakers made our stay even better. Food truck is a boon. The vibe of the...

'The room was spacious and very clean. The amenities, i.e. shamphoo, soap, towels, etc., provided was more than expected. The pool was clean and an extra added bonus. Check in person was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place. Although you need to drive to get to downtown Ogunquit.'
