La Latina studio in the heart of Madrid

SLEEP La Latina by STAY ligt, zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, in de wijk La Latina, op minder dan een minuut lopen van Plaza Mayor en iets verder van Sol, Gran Vía of Callao. El Rastro, de populaire zondagse vlooienmarkt, is ook vlakbij, op slechts vijf minuten lopen.

Op dezelfde afstand, maar in de tegenovergestelde richting, vindt u een overvloed aan bars, restaurants en theaters. Onnodig te zeggen dat dit de plek van de stad is, samen met het Gran Vía-gebied, waar ze het meest voorkomen.

SLEEP La Latina by STAY heeft een fantastische studio die onlangs is opgeknapt. Deze gezellige studio voor twee met 51 m2 is een praktische en comfortabele oplossing om het meeste uit uw verblijf te halen.

Het heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een volledig uitgeruste keuken met koelkast, keramische kookplaat en oven, magnetron, Nespresso-apparaat en broodrooster. De badkamer heeft een haardroger, handdoeken en gratis toiletartikelen, zodat u niets hoeft te missen tijdens uw verblijf.

Voor frequente of incidentele schoonmaakdiensten beschikken wij over een eigen schoonmaakteam. Maandelijkse nutsvoorzieningen zijn niet inbegrepen in de reserveringsprijs die 110€/maand vertegenwoordigt.

De ondertekening van een huurovereenkomst door beide partijen is vereist vóór de inchecktijd. Bij huurovereenkomsten van bedrijfsruimten die eigendom zijn van en worden gehuurd door bedrijven, waarin de naam van de huurder die het pand gaat betrekken, niet is vermeld, wordt op de maandhuur 21% btw geheven.

SLEEP La Latina by STAY is located, as its name reveals, in the La Latina neighbourhood, less than a minute walk away from Plaza Mayor and a little further away from Sol, Gran Vía or Callao. El Rastro, the popular Sunday flea market, is also nearby, a mere five-minute walk away.

At the same distance, but in the opposite direction, you will find a plethora of bars, restaurants and theatres. Needless to say, this is the spot of the city, together with the Gran Vía area, where they most abound.

SLEEP La Latina by STAY has a fantastic studio that has been recently refurbished. This cozy studio for two with 51 m2 is a practical and comfortable solution to make the most for your stay.

It has a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels and free amenities so you don't miss anything during your stay.

We provide an in-house cleaning team for frequent or occasional cleaning services. Monthly utilities are not included in the reservation rate which represents 110€/month.

The signing of a lease by both parties is required before check-in time. Lease agreements on commercial premises that are owned and leased by businesses, in which the name of the tenant who will occupy the property, is not specified are subject to 21% VAT addition to the monthly rent.
