'Room service was good and service staff great. Consistently exceptional service was experienced at Miss Lou's from Ambrosia and Jonathan. It helped that this bar provided high-end drinks as well as high-end customer service. I would consider another stay at this property, especially if the buffet food quality could be improved.'

'Staff,facility was all great'

'The cove was wonderful'

'The rooms in the resort were "OK" but the resort itself is old and somewhat outdated. There are many cracks in the walkways and the rooms/buildings are aged. The rooms are good size but the amenities are old. I was not able to get a good night sleep in our bed because the mattress was warped and old. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The TV set was old and also needs to be replaced. The voice on the TV was distorted and I was not able to hear the TV very well. The price of the...

'We loved our stay. The room was perfect, had a nice porch area, beautiful meals with the beach view. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again, loved every minute :)'

'Het all in is een hele goede optie zelf drank was er bij in Was veheel goed tevreden met het hotel'

'Zeer gedateerd en middelmatig hotel'

'All was good but nothing outstanding.'

I had 4 dinners while in Jamaica, the worst one and most expensive one was at Tree House. Some rooms have been renovated, need to inquire about that. Location on beach great, chairs provided at waterfront. Staff great. Supermarket is right across the street. Free parking very convenient. Pool water was nice & warm.'

Prices for breakfast very expensive. Showerfaucets were in need of repair, quite old and damaged (as seems in all Jamaica!). Would definitely recommend this hotel because of the room price and excellent location and kind service. '

'We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...
