'Great property and location. Close to convenience store - which makes excellent deli sandwiches and coffee. Across the street acoustic guitar and some evenings. A block or two from Duval - yet quiet. Will stay again !!!'

'Nice, simple accomodation in a great location. There is a delightful deck just steps off the sidewalk to relax and enjoy the live music at the bar across the street. Also, quick beach access and decent street parking. Would definitely stay again.'

'The place is nice, but it's really all about location. We were able to use this as a base of operation to explore all of Old Town easily. It's really about .5 mile or less from most stuff you might want to do. The Hemingway house is just a short walk down the street away. Get tired or want to drop off something? Just pop back in, no trouble. The owners were also very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Key West! '

The attached history to the Conch Republic was very interesting and maintained. 'This unit is old but very well maintained. It was very clean and actually well stocked with supplies that we brought because we didn’t expect to have. It was obvious that the owners really want you to enjoy the place. There were plenty of towels and beach towels, there were Kayaks ,Bicycles,Tennis Rackets, Games and everything worked well. I would definitely stay there again we had no complaints. '

'Stayed 13 days perfect location and this was our second stay at Cudjoe Cottages. Was able to dock boat here but had to put in at Cudjoe Gardens marina, just 5 minutes away. Basic old school Florida key’s cottages,clean and inexpensive. Nice community pool also. Definitely will stay again.'
