Flats in Lower Sugarloaf Key

'The location and rooms we excellent. However, we needed extra linens. It took over 4.5 hours to get them. The water heater on one side couldn’t fill the tub without run out of hot water and the heater only blew cold air even when in heat. The linens were in kitchen and rooms that needed some or more. '

'This condo is close to the airport with its own parking spot under the building. Not walking distance to anything downtown, but UBERs are very easy to get and cheaper than parking downtown. Well maintained but starting to show its age. Overall was a great fit for what we wanted - which was a place to sleep when not fishing. '

'We would have loved to stay in a beautiful guest house in Key West, but settled on this nice 3rd floor condo at a more affordable price near the airport. There were four of us for 2 nights. The kitchen had new appliances and countertops, and there was a new washer/dryer. The balcony was lovely, with table and chairs. The primary suite was spacious, but the second bedroom was cramped, and the mattress was too soft for us. The bathroom for the second bedroom had some issues that could be easily...

'Locked out of the gate late at night. Called emergency number who didn’t know what to do and never called me back. Had to tell to my son who was sleeping. Apparently the battery died on the gate code machine. Unacceptable to me. Not offered anything for this issue.'
