« Everything was perfect and as described. Located near all the things we wanted to do especially the rental of pontoon boat right on site. Condo was clean and had all the things we needed for a beach day! We enjoyed the pool and bar! Kate was wonderful. Will definitely stay again!! »

« The condo was great! Very relaxing atmosphere, nice pool and bar. Phil had everything we needed and then some. There's even 2 fans in the closet which was perfect, because we like to sleep with a fan on. Nestled in a excellent location to everything we planned on doing. We will definitely be returning. »

« This condo was an excellent place to stay. The unit was clean, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool and tiki bar, both in the mornings and evenings. The thoughtful inclusion of basic spices, cooking oil, paper towels, coffee filters, and ziplock bags was much appreciated, as were the full-size refrigerator and cooktop. « The stay at Parrot Bay was excellent. Plenty of room the location is close enough to all the night life but far enough to maintain tranquility! The property has all of the amenities you could desire. The beds however, could use a little upgrading. Loud squeaky frame and a dip in the mattress. If you are a picky about you sleep this may be difficult for you. »
