'A characterful converted cow shed with roof beams, but decorated in a modern way with all you need, and a free jug of milk.The bed was comfortable, and there was a wet room shower.I could not see any way to open a window, which I would have liked, and the Wifi only worked in half the room, which I mentioned to the owner.We were welcomed and again had goodbye said to us as we left, which was friendly.We prefer a separate bed room as one of us gets up very early, but it was OK for one night.A...

'Nicely put together house. Handy for Oakham town centre, shops, pubs etc. 20 mins to Burghley House. Comfy beds. However, please do provide guests with a bit more info about what’s what in the house…A long mirror in the double room and a loo brush in the bathroom would be useful additions'
