'We had a lovely week away. The cottage was well situated for things we wanted to do. Paul across the road we met as we were leaving was very friendly and checked that everything with our stay was ok. He doesn’t have a car so parking on his drive worked really well (I was worry we would have to keep moving the car/get trapped in.) and we were able to get to our car whenever we needed it. Tescos is a 5 min walk and town is very close. There is a nice play park just across the road and Alfreton...

'Lovely holiday get away, horse stables on the working farm was lovely, was a shame my maltipoo dog did not feel the same way. Great value for money. Bottle of wine was very much appreciated.'

'Set in a small village in the heart of Leicestershire countryside, lovingly converted stables to high end spec. Very dog friendly, all modern appliances, comfy bed, great shower t.v.`s Wi-Fi etc. Lovely welcome basket for humans as well as dogs. Owners Nat & Dan very attentive and helpful nothing too much trouble. Would definitely return, Highly recommended.'
