« The reason I gave one star to "helpful staff" was because the Sunday night we were there a CO2 alarm went off in a neighboring room. I spoke with the young mom that was extremely upset and disturbed - as was I - at the response of the staff working that night. The staff told the mom she'd take care of it in the morning, Wrong answer!! If there was a problem and thankfully there was not - the family would be dead in the morning. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future!
