Villa's in Llubi

'The villa was superb and exceeded our expectations, very spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor garden and pool area. The nearby town of Santa Margalida is only 10-15 minutes walk away and has a great local feel, away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.'

'Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.'

'The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa.'

'The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. Easy to find, a great base and also perfect for chilling by the pool. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive. Loved the resident cat and chickens that roam around. A car is essential for staying here. Loads of hot water for showers. The beds were comfortable, kitchen really well equipped and plenty of board games. We did have a lot of mosquito bites which is obviously not the property fault but bring plenty of repellent. 'Wir waren mit fünf Leuten in der Finca und haben vor allem die ruhige Lage und die gleichzeitige Nähe zu Arta genossen. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Möblierung im Außenbereich sehr gut. Einziges Manko ist die spärliche Ausstattung in der Küche. Gerne immer wieder!'

'The stay was mostly perfect. Unfortunately, we lost the water halfway through our stay, and it took over a day to get it properly back in place, after contacting the landlord repeatedly. A bit unfortunate when you can't shower or go to the toilet..'

'Die Finca hielt was sie versprach, die Anlage war gepflegt und der Pool riesig. Neben dem Pool war vor allem das separate Speisehaus ein Highlight. Wir haben sieben wundervolle Tage in der Finca verbracht und noch nie solch nette Vermieter gehabt. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und schnell vor Ort, wenn wir etwas benötigten.'

'Wonderful house within a 5 minute stroll to the town centre. Fabulous collection of art and objets d'art and so many areas to eat outside and inside. 'Bij aankomst zijn wij netjes ontvangen door de eigenaar van de woning. Het huis is voorzien van ruime slaapkamers, ruime bedkamers, een fijne keuken, en een nog veel fijnere buitenkeuken. Wij hebben de hele week in alle rust aan het zwembad kunnen liggen, en met een klein stukje rijden ben je bijna overal op het eiland. De buitenkeuken en de barbecue zijn zeer goed van pas gekomen. Ook de eigenaar was netjes op het huis en met ons als gasten. hij heeft ons gevraagd of wij het goed vonden als hij...

'This property is amazing, 3 huge rooms, each with a large en-suite and aircon, plus 2 further bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is very big with a large American fridge freezer, coffee machines etc and all the appliances you will need. But the best part is the outdoor pool & BBQ area. The pool is fantastic, fresh water and very big. No neighbours around, so peaceful and tranquil away from crowds and noisy towns. The BBQ area is a great place to cook in the evening and watch the sun go down...
