« This was a perfect location and property for us to be with family over the holidays. The community is near Smithville for a nice shopping experience and is located in a quiet section of town. We are very appreciative of how clean and spacious the home was and accommodations were very comfortable. »

« Great location, short distance from parkway, we golfed at multiple local courses less than 20 Min away, easy commute to Atlantic City. Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! »

« Lovely quaint condo/apt . The day of my stay was the night of the recent hurricane so we didn’t get to enjoy the large outdoor deck . But the next day was sunny and the location is perfect . Close to the beach and stores . Will def stay again »

« This was such a fabulous house. The host was so generous and so quick to respond. If we had any questions I would highly recommend the house so warm, cozy, clean, and perfect. We had the greatest weekend. Can’t wait to book again next year. »

« Excellent stay. Don't let the drive in the resort fool you. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The home was well equipped, and Joyce was very helpful and friendly. The lake with the flowing water under the bridge, was a great view during an early evening stroll. The gym was new and clean. It even had Alexa if you wanted some music, while working out. I really enjoyed my stay, and will come back again. »

« The experience with my family was great but we did feel that it was a bit dirty. There were ants on the couches and in the rooms. The beds felt stiff and kind of smelly. The bathroom also continued to have this weird smell. For the price, I just felt like it wasn’t too clean how it looked in the pictures »

« The listing does not state that the unit is part of a house. This should be made clear.The neighborhood is quiet and is in a very convenient location. The unit looks lovely and everything seems new. The decor is very nice and the furniture is comfortable. There are a few things needed which would make the stay much better:There is a microwave and mini fridge in each bedroom; but this doesn't seem necessary since kitchen is only a few steps away. « Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Mattresses were a little firm but worked fine for our short stay. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future! Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and plenty of space for hanging out. »
