This charming house, tastefully decorated and 44m², is close to several major attractions, shops, a church, supermarkets, and many restaurants in the surrounding areas, with multiple dining options. Within a 5-minute drive, you'll also find the business parks
Tagus Park or Lagoas Park.

The village of Paço de Arcos is considered by many to be one of the best places to eat in the entire Lisbon region.

From the best grilled fish by the river to the refinement of a luxury restaurant in the village, including regional, Italian, and Japanese cuisine. All just a stone's throw from our house!

It is part of a property where the owners live in the main house, with gardens and a shared pool. This family has a gentle Labrador dog who, for the convenience of the guests, will be kept restrained during their stay.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a large-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite programs, and a small table. The area has a cozy atmosphere and plenty of natural light that illuminates the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a fully equipped kitchenette with essential cooking utensils and cutlery that you will need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities for your use.

The bedroom is a pleasant space with a double bed and a wardrobe. All beds come with hotel-quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort.

Finally, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to refresh yourself, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Important note: There is a dog in the villa's main house, but he's friendly and hardly barks at first. A baby crib is available in the property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is in close proximity to two popular attractions - the Vasco da Gama Aquarium and Forte de São Julião da Barra. With its great location, guests can easily explore the area and enjoy all that it has to offer.

Within a 5-minute drive, you'll also find the Tagus Park or Lagoas Park business parks.

It is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Paço de Arcos train station.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. The check-in can be done from 3 pm, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
