'A little outdated and worn, but still a fantastic five star hotel in terms of amenities, service and ambience, all very much in the old-style luxury model. A great way to pamper yourself, especially if you book their Red Level accommodation. In the Salamanca district, right next to Plaza Colón, taxi's in front of the door, footsteps away from public transport and walking distance from Retiro, El Prado and other sights. The personnel could not be more professional and helpful. Very recommendable.'

'Very nice modern hotel, good rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast. Quite area close to airport with good metro access to downtown. A bit noisy due to insufficient sound proofing in the hotel, but not too disturbing too rebook the hotel. Recommended '
