'We travel for work, so we stay in mid term rentals about 90% of the year. I give pros and cons honestly :)Pros:Kimone is an EXCELLENT host. Her communication is quick & responsive. The bed may be the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in as we travel. Alot of comfortable linens and pillows are provided. Very friendly neighbors.The patio is relaxing and provided nice shade. 'Nicely renovated property in a somewhat aging building. Only hiccup was no one was at desk at check-in, but don't panic - property owners were quick to provide door code.'

'The checkin was quick and easy. The host was responsive. However I didn’t like that comforters had hair on them like they weren’t cleaned from the previous guest. But overall great stay'

'Great place to stay tbh would definitely stay here again when i come back for sure, but it was like 93 degrees when we walked in took a couple of hours to cool down but other then that AWESOME'
