'Tijdens onze Roadtrip door de USA zijn we hier 2 nachten verbleven. Het hotel is echt toe aan een goede opknapbeurt. De lift piept en kraakt aan alle kanten. Verlichting knippert. Je hebt het gevoel dat elk ritje in de lift de laatste kan zijn. Zwembad heeft ook gebrek aan onderhoud er rondom heen. Veel slijtage in de kamer en ook niet heel schoon helaas. Bedden waren verder prima. Schoonmaak in de kamer tijdens verblijf is er niet, zelfs niet alleen verversing van handdoeken. Het personeel...

'Room was clean and the grounds were lovely. The WiFi was terrible and nobody on sight was able to guide us to the pay option (which we were ready to upgrade to). The Hilton corporate IT never returned our call, so very little business was done in our room. We were in town for a business meeting. The staff at Starbucks was non existent. Waited 8 minutes for someone to help us. Eventually left and went to Starbucks down the street. '

'Clean room, good bathroom, okay beds. Friendly staff. Pillows very uncomfortable to me. Parking is not included in room rate which is uncommon for this area. '

'Went too a concert after work and needed the hotel so i wouldnt have to drive all tbe way back home. Got to the hotel at 3am to find out that my multi night stay was cancelled since they assumed thst i was a no show. . To rebook costed my over double the rate i was previously charged on expedia. I have done this routine many times at different hotels with no issue. They exploited the situation.'

'Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay.'
