'Great location! We enjoyed being right by Whaler’s Village with all the restaurants and shops. It’s also close to Black Rock which is great for snorkeling. We will be coming back for future Maui trips.'

'Staff at valet and bell desk not very friendly. Mirror in room filthy. Toilet handle broken so you had to manually move it up to prevent constant running water. Drawers had sand all over inside. Chairs on patio covered in pigeon waste. Chair at desk/table missing from room. Requested replacement multiple times and finally received on third day. PJ at the indoor restaurant was amazing. Autumn at front desk was very helpful and Shawn at the pool desk was very friendly and helpful. The property...

'The lanai view of the harbor, jetty, whales, and turtles is mesmerizing. Ma’alaea is an excellent location — easy drive to anywhere on Maui plus the Maui Ocean Center, the cruises out of the harbor, and the shops — loved it all.'
