For the money I think the room should’ve been more spectacular and bigger
The whole renting of beach chairs, umbrellas and cabanas could use a ton of work for how many guests stay at this one huge hotel they only offer maybe 10-20 beach setups and maybe 5 cabanas and you either have to book the rentals weeks in advance or stand in line everyday at 730am and on top of that and the amount you pay for the room you would think the rentals would be included but no they are anywhere from$50-500 each day for rentals.
I’m not sure if the Ulu kitchen is part of Westin but they would not let you sit at the bar to wait for a dinner table…really weird place. Sad because they had amazing food but after one weird experience first day we never went back, basically boycotted them because process was so weird.
Otherwise everything else was amazing, concierge services were awesome and so was all the staff.
Recommend the tandem zip line adventure, whale watching, and Westin luau was spectacular!!
