« I had planned a 'staycation' with my daughter & liked the location of this condo. The unit was dated. There was a stale odor upon arrival either from smoking or the carpet needed to be deep cleaned. The coffee pot 'please clean' light was on and the light over the stove in the microwave was burned out. The fireplace was nonfunctional. There was no heat in the bathrooms, and I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The most frustrating aspect was the faulty lock on the entrance...

« It is pet friendly, although we don't have pets. There was a full kitchen that had everything needed to prepare food. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, a garage to park in. It was very clean and so beautiful. Very well maintained. Many extra pillows and blankets available around the house. Had a walkout patio and front porch that had cute outdoor furniture. The driveway was snow blowed every morning. I would recommend staying here over a hotel any day. »

« Great location just a few blocks from downtown. Many great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The condo was clean, quiet, and comfortable beds for a relaxing getaway. Also a great base camp for day trips throughout northern Michigan. We highly recommend and will book when we return. »

« Condo seems brand new. All the furniture seems brand new, everything smells and looks brand new. Very nice condo. There is 4 lanes of traffic between you and the lake. Those cars do block the view a little and do create road noise. I was surprised we could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. It could use room darkening blinds. The front master bedroom wasn't very dark at night and you had a lot of road noise. The back bedroom faces the parking lot and fire pit so you do have that too....
