Summary:
Looking to be immersed in the heart of Traverse City? Look no further than this conveniently located studio apartment.

The Space:
Guaranteed one parking spot, upon arrival you will take one flight of stairs to locate Suite 1. Using the smart lock with your unique door code you will walk into this beautiful one-bedroom studio. This room features a king size bed and a large smart TV. While this condo doesn't have a full kitchen you will still find it equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and some K-cups to get your trip started on the right foot. There is also a small dining room table you can take meetings from or enjoy take-out from one of the many delicious restaurants nearby. This suite also has its own ensuite bathroom that has a luxury tile shower.

Front Street Suites are right off of Front Street at the beginning of downtown Traverse City, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars TC has to offer.

Was disappointed that the management group was not accommodating for an early check in or late check out. Could have been an easy win for them. The apartment was nice and in a good location. The address in the map link however was incorrect and directed us to an address that did not exist when using the link within the listing. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and cute. It was a great find for the price. Small and quaint and perfect for a short stay. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and shops. We loved exploring the area. The parking spot was an added bonus.

Great location

The location was great. Easy walking to Traverse City shopping, Beach and dining. We initially had trouble as the door would not unlock. The property manager responded to walk us through and then sent someone out when the lock still didn't work.

Good location but the entreance was pretty lousy due to really old carpet covered in sand and filth, the bed was terrible, hot water took for ever, and the hallway smelled. The location was nice except the road construction right in front of the apartment creating a significant hastle getting to and fro the apartment.

Great Location but Little Else

Great location near downtown TC. Room was about like a regular hotel room with an overgrown cot for a bed. Entryway to the property was covered with spiders and we ran into webs every time we entered and exited the building. Walls were thin and we could hear conversations from other guests two rooms over.

Best Location in Traverse City

Came to TC to see the Blue Angels. We wanted something within walking distance of the festivities at the Cherry Festival. This place checked all of the boxes. You can’t get any better than this for location. Very nice, clean and brand new! Had everything my husband and I needed. Thanks for the great stay!

This property is perfectly located at the top of Front Street. It’s easy to walk to all the restaurants on Front Street. The property is perfect as a base to visit various attractions in and around Traverse City. Highly recommended!

Convenient and Easy

I rented this room for a wedding that had shuttle service from a nearby hotel (the Delmar). Checking in and out was an absolute breeze, property management was communicative, and the location was ideal. Sadly, I didn’t get time to explore too much around it but my cousin, a TC native , listed off 5 or so restaurants and bars that were within 2 blocks- all of which she highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again if my travels bring me back to TC!

Such a perfect location, we walked to most of the shops and food spots on the strip. Parking was right outside the door. Updated everything and had everything we needed. Very quick responses from the owners! Pictures are exactly what it looks like. Awesome for couples stay!

Slab Town getaway

Went to Traverse for a quick weekend touring some wineries. Great location to go up the leelanau peninsula or old mission and less than a mile to downtown TC shopping. Very clean building and like new room in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and stores within walking distance.
