« We had a wonderful stay at The Inn & More in the XL room! Everything from start to finish was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to respond whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even more enjoyable. « This was simply an awful experience not only could we reach a live person on the phone prior to our trip, no return call then it got worse when we arrived no check in desk no one to greet us or answer any questions. We had to dial a # to let them know we arrived. Staff never to be seen again. Paid 300.00 for the night broken coffee maker, no batteries in spoke detector simply an awful experience »
