« Our stay was lovely just outside of Bellagio. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with plugs, local information etc and was spotlessly clean. A ferry pickup, supermarket, park, beach and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. We hope to get to use the inviting pool for a future visit during warmer weather. »

« Hidden gem in Varenna. This 2bdrm apartment is amazing and has incredible views. There is one spot where you can look out of opposite windows and see the lake from both ❤️. Wonderfully comfortable setup with the balcony, kitchen and living room downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is a lockbox and security gate, for entry, and a 3 floor climb. « Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). « Le processus d’accueil n’est pas complet tant que l’on n’a pas acquitté la taxe de séjour, ce dont on est prévenu que le jour même d’arrivée. Le montant n’est pas élevé et importe peu, mais cela ne donne pas la priorité à l’accueil client, de sorte que nous n’avons reçu la procédure de récupération des clefs qu’une fois sur place et par téléphone (gros stress). Un très mauvais pour pour “Angelica”. Pour le reste, l’hébergement est très bien à tout points de vue. »

« Love the apartment, but we struggled with some of the amenities and communication. The furniture was soiled and the apartment felt a bit run down. We also struggled with communication and we were constantly told contact another person on staff and could not get clear answers to questions and issues. The owner seems to depend on the location to rent the apartment but the details also matter. »

« Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you. »

« Horrible du début jusqu’à la fin ! 1. Nous sommes arrivés à 20:00 ayant prévenu l’organisme. Le soir, j ai reçu un lien m indiquant de payer 40 euros pour arrivée tardive ! Sur le site c était bien noté arrivée jusqu’à 21h. A aucun moment ont été noté ces frais sur le site. Après une demande d’explication à l’organisme, les échanges ont été très houleux. 2 le site indique la possibilité de parking, mais cette option ne s'est pas avérée réelle lors de notre séjour.
