'It was raining heavily the day that we arrived at Kyoto and our original room had a bit of a musty smell to it. Once we brought it up to the front desk, the manager was so helpful and accommodating and was able to move us to a different room. They even bought us a cake to apologize for the inconvenience which is service we are not typically used to in the US. Throughout our stay, the staff continued to be so helpful - to building us a custom box to fly home with a poster we bought so it didn't...

"Keurig en modern hotel. Goede service, medewerkers waren zeer behulpzaam bij o.a. het tijdelijk stallen van gehuurde fietsen, het zoeken naar een (huis)arts en versturen van bagage.
Onsen waren heerlijk. Ontbijt erg uitgebreid, zowel Japanse als westerse keuzes.
Locatie is echt super: op loopafstand van Kyoto station, vlakbij winkelcentrum en aan overzijde van supermarkt."

"Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het hotel. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel én natuurlijk de heerlijke spa. Echt een pluspunt. Even ontspannen na een intensieve dag was heerlijk. Gescheiden spa, waar je je eerst helemaal schoonboent van top tot teen voordat je gaat ontspannen in het heerlijk warme water.
