'As advertised, the staff is exemplary! All you need to do is ask and a member of the staff will fulfill your request quickly. We had a problem with our TV and they replaced the entire TV in about 15 minutes. The staff has a sense of pride when it comes to making sure everything works at Mauna Kea and that all of your needs are met! 'We loved the 2-bedroom suite! Plenty of space, balconies in each room and really nice kitchen. The only thing I would suggest is a good scrubbing of the shower stalls and tiles floors. Other than that, nice and clean, nice fluffy towels. The Marriott Waikoloa has so many amenities and is close to all the things we like to do on the Big Island. There's no where else we would stay!!'
