'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). 'Absolutely love it here!!! Big, nice rooms. Multiple pool options which is great. The kitchen is so helpful for longer trips. Access to the Hilton Waikoloa area is fantastic. Will be back! '

'The heavy doors slam shut so you will get to listen to that all morning starting around 5. My bathtub drain was plugged but that was addressed while i was out, although they left stringy hairs all over the tub. However the location can't be beat, with beach, restaurants and shopping just steps away.'
