"The cabin had at least 13 flies in it upon arrival. There were cobwebs in the cabin. Overall the rest was clean inside. The included deck hasn't seen a pressure washer cleaning in least a decade and was in rough shape. The location was nice along with the early entry benefit. The pool was nice but ..."
