« The property is a motel. The location is good. There is an outside bar/restaurant right across the parking lot that’s very nice. The rooms are dated and need updating. Our AC unit was leaking, the carpet was wet all around it. Carpets were dirty. We enjoyed the pool area, but the pool could use some maintenance also. The hot tub is not hot, but luke warm. »

« This is a nice boutique hotel but there is no parking. You have to park on the street. There is a rooftop bar so if you have a room on the 3rd floor it can be a bit noisey. »

« Disappointed as it said resort, but the rooms weren’t clean the elevators didn’t work. The pool was dirty. The towels didn’t match. The room was fine but the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was busted. I would not recommend. »

« We had an issue with our room when we first arrived, but the staff at Harbour Suites went above and beyond to make it right. They responded quickly, brought us another bed, and even treated our entire group to drinks and lunch. Their customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated how seriously they took our concerns. « So the room itself was clean, cozy, and decorated nicely. I have zero qualms about the room itself. HOWEVER, this was one of the strangest places I've ever stayed at. The rooms (maybe 6 total) were attached to the rear of a Horse Betting Booth, a bar/restaurant, and a bowling alley. You literally have to check in with the restaurant hostess as there isn't any actual hotel staff. Just outside of the rooms were random offices as well. So if you don't mind staying in the rear of a horse...

« Staff at the Lobby is super friendly. Overall the place is fine but could be cleaner amd could use a little refurbishment. Been there 3 nights and not once did the housekeeping staff come. Great location to be near Cedar Point but for the price i would have expected a bit more. »

« It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am. »
