• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation

• PETS
Dogs can be allowed, with approval and pet fee (fee found in House Rules)

• DIRECTIONS
Please make sure to follow the directions so to avoid getting stuck in any sand pits.

• ROAD TO THE HOUSE
The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy.

• A/C & Heater
Mojave Ranch is cooled and heated by a mini split in the living room to keep you comfortable all year long.

• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed.

If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.

• WIFI
Desert wifi can be super spotty and can go in and out. We have the best service for our rural area but people needing full time high speed might not find those needs met here. Not suitable to work from home from this location.

• GARAGE BUILDING IN PHOTOS
The garage is currently under construction to become an ADU. It is not accessible to guests at this time. There will be no one in that space during your stay and no construction being done while you are renting the property.

• HOT TUB - legal
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool.

• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.

• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.

By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above for use of the pool, spa and guest policy.
