« Had everything we needed, including coffee. Everything worked, easy door access. This is minor but they might want to change the bathroom faucet. Neat, clean, quiet and walkable neighborhood. Close to Joshua Tree visitor center. We wished the hot tub was a little farther from the roof so we would have a 360° sky view, but otherwise it was really perfect. »

« This property sits on a large corner lot at the top of a rise ,any neighbors are some distance away, you have a clear view to the north to take in both sunrise and sunset, and the northern exposure keeps things cooler. The landscaping is great, loved the hot tub for sunset viewing. « Not a transparent transaction. Large deposit was not clearly disclosed and then held for 15 days after we vacated because "that is the policy". This transaction involved Expedia, the Local Agency and VRBO. It required numerous phone calls to find out when our deposit would be returned. None of these agencies would accept responsibility . »

« am officially reporting significant cleanliness issues at this property. The curtains are stained, the table seats and carpets are covered in food residue, and the baseboards/trims are thick with dust, bedroom walls and kitchen floor with dead mosquitos and flies. AC Vents full of dust, bathroom vent non working. Oven mitte s full of food debri and stain. Jacuzzi filthy and filter full of hair and debris. This level of neglect is unacceptable. »
