We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. 'The stay was prefect for the most part. The pool area was a bit messy from other guest not cleaning up after themselves. The staff on site was helpful and used a translator app to communicate with me instead of just saying "no english" I really appreciate that. Apartment 10 was very clean and smelled amazing upon entering the unit. The lock gate closet to the garbage gates handle is broken and needs fixing immediately for security. There sufficient lighting and parking on the property. Overall...

'Room is over all clean, don't expect perfect when you getting a pretty big space. Breakfast is $30 per person 1/10 for that alone Bar is cook and lobby is nice. My biggest concern that really upset me was. There was never any fresh towels at the pool, after going to the front desk and asking for towels they made me wait 25 minutes. I was told over and over again there coming they kept "calling house keeping" when I asked to speak to the person in charge or can you guys just got get them...they...

'Na een lange vliegreis uit Europa en nog enkele tegenslagen hoop je bij je eerste overnachtingshotel niet nog meer tegenslagen tegen te komen. We kregen vooraf per e-mail netjes de codes en kamernummers door (let op; je ontvangt dus geen sleutel!) voordat we arriveerde bij het hotel, rond 19.30 uur.
