'We found the toilet seats full of urine and the bed had hair on it, when we decided to tell the front desk, the staff came and took a picture and promised to change the sheets and get the bathroom cleaned up, we went to dinner and came back around 1 am just to find more hair on the bed, we left immediately after. 'Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room...

'This apartment was in a nice area. Free parking and the pool was wonderful. We didnt use the BBQ but it was there. The staff were always present around the grounds. They had a cute patio set with umbrella. Would definitely go back. My only observation would be if its 4 afts in the one bedroom its awkward to use the bathroom st night as its an ensuite to the bedroom so you need to go through the bedroom. Next time we would book a 2 bedroom if 2 couples.'
