'I actually love this property , having enjoyed the spa many times and its facilities. However the front office staff is in need of hospitality training . On two different occasions I’ve had incidents and concerns with privacy and disturbances.. I had asked a manager to get back to me and I’ve never received any feedback on either situations .. I got more of a it’s a “you” problem than any support or assurances..'

'This place was sketchy, first thing the day we arrive cleaning our car out, another guest downstairs by our cartells me to be aware of my bikes cause his E bike was just stolen. He thinks it was stolen by some guys who seem to know people who work there. A little later I see two guys riding three bikes on the property and they stop and talk to some guy who seems to work there and then the spare bike disappears. 'I'm so grateful for dog-friendly properties. The room was spacious and clean. The fireplace was great for taking the chill off. Garbage cans around the property were helpful for dog waste disposal. The view was great and it was very quiet. Staff was very helpful as there was some issues with my reservation. They worked hard to rectify the situation and we enjoyed our stay worry free.'

'It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before. My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room. From the time the people upstairs came and through most of the night, it sounded like they were stomping back and forth in their room. Was really disturbing in the middle of the night. 'Gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, beautiful grounds. Close to the freeway but you would never know it. No noise from the roads. Great walk through the vineyards. Room was beautiful. Staff was great. Will be back!'
