'Where do I begin? Our room needed an update. The tub was dirty and our sink wouldn’t go down the drain. The food was not great and no flavor. I went to the Italian restaurant and waited a hour and 15 minutes for a medium steak. All of our food was cold. The staff at the billboard bar was very unprofessional ! 'Everything was exceptional. Staff very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and made our vacation a very good time. Only thing I didn’t like was it was bit confusing which restaurants, buffets, and reservation restaurants you can actually use. I think it should be explained when you check in oppose to finding the information on the app. We stayed in the Palace and went for dinner one night at Montego Bay and was told we could only have lunch there.
