'Dining options are good! Hotel is a bit noisy because of slamming doors and interconnecting doors. "balcony is too small. No elevator from rooms to the beach. (still have to take stairs from ground floor to beach...bad news for people with bad knees) '

'The staff was exemplary. Very attentive to my needs. The dining experience was also enjoyable and the view breathtaking. Only disappointment was no whirlpool in the facility. There is a large tub in the building where the massages are done, but the jets weren't on and the water was only warm, not hot. This probably only matters to older guests like me who could've used the whirlpool for my arthritic joints.'

'First, the front desk was not friendly. No one greeted us. I must give credit to the guys who bring the luggage to the room; they were more welcoming than the front desk people. My room was not the cleanest. Service was bad. The front desk never told us where anything was or what time breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served. There was a lack of entertainment. I'm confused about how it's an all-inclusive resort with little to no music being played, and when it is playing, you hear the DJ doing...

'We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Couples Tower Isle! Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked amazingly—which made coming back to the room after a day in the Jamaican sun so comfortable. The food was incredible, even at the buffet! We truly couldn’t have asked for more helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our vacation special. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend Couples Tower...

We were told to wait until 3 PM, but when we returned, we were repeatedly asked to wait another 15 minutes for a housekeeping supervisor to inspect the room. After waiting and being told the same thing again, we were understandably annoyed and exhausted. Thankfully, another staff member was able to offer us a different room, which we accepted.
