'Bedden waren goed, kamer was ruim, vond het beneden in het restaurant wat naar frituurvet ruiken. Vlak naast het hotel ligt een heel oud kerkhof wat ik erg mooi en pittoresk vond. Een graf uit 1856.!'

'The Globe is a great pub/ bed and breakfast. The room we had was large and clean with a en-suite shower room. The breakfast was excellent and you can choose what you like from their cooked breakfast list the night before.The village of Buckfastleigh is very nice and you have the Abbey and moors on your doorstep. Great value.'

'Tucked away in a quiet little corner of the bay I wasnt sure what to expect. The inn is lovely, clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly, and couldnt have been more helpful. The food and drink on offer were delicious. The room was great, well appointed and perfectly clean and tidy. I will definitely return!'

'Loved the room, it was a comfy bed and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were helpful, chatty and very welcoming. We had breakfast most days and lunch on the day we didn’t in the pub downstairs and Alex even remembered what sauce we liked! The pub had a fab atmosphere, the food was lush and the cocktails were gorgeous. Would definitely stay again 💕❤️😍'

'Schitterend authentiek gebouw, in prima staat in mooie omgeving. Aardige bediening, goed ontbijt. Wij hadden een kamer boven de keuken hetgeen luidruchtig was gedurende het gebruik ervan. Blijkbaar moet je vooraf parkeerruimte reserveren hetgeen ons onbekend was. Mooie pub met goed restaurant. '

'Had a lovely stay for few days and good location to explore local area, especially Steam train with Staverton station walkable distance. Food really good and we were pleased with how well they catered for gluten intolerances. Really friendly staff.'
